Robert founded istcl in 2000, where he took istcl from a start-up
focused on IT-staffing, to a mature, full-service information technology and business
consulting firm. In a short amount of time, the company has grown into a multi-million
dollar organization, successfully delivering technology and business solutions to
clients worldwide across a variety of industry sectors. Robert is an in-demand IT
project manager and business strategist with over 20 year’s experience. His special
expertise in the healthcare sector is demonstrated by many successful projects including:
the development of a Risk Framework for the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term
Care (MOHLTC), Long Term Care Homes Branch; serving as Project Manager for the MOHLTC
Public Reporting on Long-Term Care project; and providing strategy and management
consulting for the SARS Health Care Communications: Emergency Management Ontario
and MOHLTC Emergency Management Unit. Robert is an accomplished public speaker who
has presented at many conferences, including Comdex. He is also a published author
on business strategy and IT matters, whose writing has appeared in such diverse
publications as public-sector healthcare journals and BC Business Magazine.

Paul is a founding member of istcl with over 20 years of hands-on information technology consulting
experience. His extensive IT project implementation experience has earned him a strong reputation as a
visionary leader who provides clear direction to help clients solve complex business problems.
He has successfully project-managed many mission-critical applications for clients of all sizes across various industries,
delivering results on-time and on-budget. As Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Central Community Care Access Centre (CCAC),
Paul and his team implemented the case management tool to over 700 employee across three office locations throughout the Central LHIN.
Paul has also held Management Lead positions on special projects within the Government including Management Board Secretariat where his
team developed an IT system which provided valuable information and accountability on the Government of Ontario’s 45 Billion dollar annual budget.
One of Paul's recent experiences was as Project Director for the Health Results Team for information Management where he was responsible for a $28 million
annual budget and approximately 75 team members.

methodologies, with a strong expertise in managing complex business projects to
achieve real value for clients. Throughout his tenure at istcl, Ron has successfully
scoped, planned, managed and delivered many large, mission-critical projects. His
satisfied clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors include Xstrata,
Ikea Canada, Canadian Tire Corporation, the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement
System and the Government of Ontario.
