ISTCL, a provider of information technology and business solutions, has been named a Vendor of Record (VOR) to the Government of Ontario for Business and Management Consulting.

This VOR agreement with the Government of Ontario allows ISTCL to provide professional consulting services such as Program Design and Management and Organizational Change Management and Business transformation.

Vendor of record companies are selected following a rigorous process, with many of Canada's top companies competing for a place on the vendors list. ISTCL has been an information technology vendor of record for the Ontario Government since 2000.

The VOR agreement between ISTCL and the Government of Ontario for Business & Management Consulting commences July 2005 for a three year term.

ISTCL is currently a vendor of record for Task-Based IT Consulting Services and is under consideration by the Government of Ontario for solutions-based information technology consulting services.
