ISTCL keeps growing with our most recent selection by the Ontario Government for vendor of record (VOR) status for Solutions Based IT Consulting
ISTCL, a provider of information technology and business solutions, has been providing packaged and turn-key custom solutions for the public, private and charitable sectors for well over five years.
Gim Muthukumarana, Senior Systems Analyst with ISTCL said "This VOR agreement positions ISTCL to provide the Government of Ontario with full service custom solutions using our cost-effective delivery model". ISTCL has full service development centres in both Toronto and Vancouver.
Vendor of record companies are selected following a rigorous process, with many of Canada's top companies competing for a place on the vendors list. ISTCL has been an information technology vendor of record for the Ontario Government since 2000.

The VOR agreement between ISTCL and the Government of Ontario for Solution Based IT Consulting commences July 2005 for a three year term.
ISTCL is currently a vendor of record for both Task-Based IT Consulting Services and Business and Management Consulting.
