ISTCL is currently seeking a full-time junior web developer. The skills required are:

VB and C# development skills are essential
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Object Oriented Development (OOD)
Understanding of and ability to use UML diagrams
1 – 2 years work experience
Bachelors degree in IT field is a plus
Working knowledge of Database (SQL)
Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2003 / 2005
