As a result of istcl’s ongoing efforts to promote efficiencies within the health care sector, in partnership with Stevenson Kellogg, istcl submitted for, and has been awarded Preferred Vendor Status under a very specialized arrangement with the Office of the Executive Director, Negotiations and Accountability Management, within the Health System Accountability & Performance Division.

This vendor of record leverages the combined skills, experiences and qualifications of istcl and our partner Stevenson Kellogg.

This selection by the Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care to enter into standing agreement ED0 HSAPD 2008 provides four key branches within the Health Systems Accountability & Performance Division to procure consulting services in their respective areas, responsible for negotiating and managing performance funding / accountability agreements with health systems partners and providers. The four branches include:

Provincial Programs Branch
Primary Health Care Branch
Health Services Branch

Under this new arrangement, istcl has executed an agreement to provide services on a preferred basis in the following seven Service Categories:
